*At Kings Park only - Low-to-the-ground beach style chairs are recommended in the General Admission area. High back (deck/camping) chairs are permitted, however will be positioned at the rear of the venue.

The ticket types can change from show to show depending on the artist and venue. General Admission is available at all shows. Depending on the Artist/Venue there will also be either Reserved seating (Front Diamond, Diamond, Platinum or Gold) OR Front General Admission. Click here for a full description of each ticket type.
Patrons will not be stopped from standing in front of their allocated seat during the performance. However, patrons are NOT allowed in the aisles or to dance anywhere other than in front of their own seat. Consideration of your fellow concert goers is expected at all times. Aggression, Intoxication or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in ejection from the venue.
Please Note: In some cases the performing artist might request that the crowd in the seated area come forward and dance in the aisles. Although we discourage this request from artists this is sometimes out of our control.
Professional cameras and video and recording equipment are not allowed.
Generally, cameras with powerful zoom lenses or detachable lenses in a carry case are not allowed. We can’t judge that beforehand. It's up to security staff on the day, and debate will not be entered into. Unauthorized or prohibited photography may result in images being deleted by security staff.

No. a day on the green is a licensed event, alcohol is available for purchase at all venues. A selection of beer & wine is available to purchase at all events; A limited selection of spirits is also available for purchase at the following venues – All Saints, Leconfield Wines, Mt Duneed and Sirromet Wines.

For concerts in VIC, NSW, SA, QLD and TAS that have Reserved Seating and General Admission areas, no ticket charge will be applied to patrons under 12 years old in the area marked ‘General Admission’. A paid ticket is required for every patron, regardless of age, attending the areas that are Reserved Seating.
For concerts in VIC, NSW, SA, QLD and TAS that have multiple General Admission areas, no ticket charge will be applied to patrons under 12 years old in the ‘General Admission Lawn’ area only. A paid ticket is required for every patron, regardless of age, attending the other General Admission areas i.e. Front General Admission, Premium General Admission Standing, Gold General Admission, etc.
For WA concerts everyone must purchase a ticket, including kids.
Persons under 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding parent or legal guardian at all times.
Whilst we allow children to attend please give some consideration as to whether the environment is right for them. Some performers may have content and/or lyrics which you may consider inappropriate for children and as a licensed event alcohol will be available to patrons 18 years and older.

Please note: there is no shade or protection from sun or rain. Prams are not permitted in the aisles in the seated area, regardless if you have an aisle seat.

- Parking is available onsite at every event. A gold coin donation to the parking volunteers is greatly appreciated. Parking is at owners risk. Parking outside of the venue on surrounding roads is not permitted.
- For shows at Rochford Wines a parking pass must be pre-purchased for $3.00 at either Ticketmaster or Rochford Wines website.
- For shows at Heifer Station Wines, limited paid parking is available on site. A $30.00 parking pass must be pre-purchased prior to the event date HERE. No parking is permitted on surrounding streets near the venue. Fines may apply.
- In the event that the onsite parking is affected by wet weather, off site parking and a complimentary bus shuttle will be made available. Please check our website before you head out to the concert and make sure you allow some extra time to get to the show.
Strictly no leaving vehicles in the car park at conclusion of the concert.
Strictly no camping – camping, sleeping in cars or leaving vehicles unattended within the car park at the conclusion of the concert is prohibited and may incur fines and risk towing.
Yes. Please ask Security, Event staff or First Aid officers for help. There will be a first aid service attending every event. Please consider others as well as your own safety. If someone is in need of medical attention please let Security, Event staff or First Aid know so they can help.
No passouts at all venues (except in the case of adverse weather conditions or in an emergency)
Yes, small soft cooler bags only and must fit under the plastic chair. Unlike the General Admission area there is less space in the reserved seated area for large Eskys/picnics and it is advised that patrons bring smaller cooler bags that must be able to fit under a seat.
If it does rain the show will go ahead unless conditions are deemed to be dangerous. If an event does not go ahead due to this reason, patrons will receive a full refund from point of purchase. If the forecast is for even the possibility of rain bring good quality raincoats and suitable footwear.
The decision to cancel a show will be made as early as possible but may not be made until the morning of the show. In the event of inclement weather patrons should check this website BEFORE departing for the show for messages regarding traffic, parking or wet weather arrangements.
We will also send out notifications via email and SMS. Please ensure your contact details with Ticketmaster are up to date when purchasing a ticket.
Only in the designated Smoking Areas which are sign posted at every venue. There is NO Smoking allowed in the Reserved Seating areas.

If you find or lose something - please go to the merchandise shop. After the event, any lost property will be left at the winery cellar door, or at the Cloakroom for shows in WA.
Occasionally changes occur that are out of our control. Scheduled performance times and artist line-ups are subject to change. No refund will be offered in these circumstances.
Most of our wineries have tap and go facilities at the bars and we do have limited ATMS on site, but it is still recommended to bring enough cash for the day. Soem food vendors are still cash only.
In WA, EFTPOS is available over the bar.

Parking – A dedicated parking area is available at all sites and is located close to the entry into the event. Just look out for the signs to accessible & special needs parking upon arrival, they will be sign-posted.
Companion card – Companion Card holders are entitled to a free ticket for their carer.
Ground condition – Please Note: a day on the green shows are held at wineries. Therefore, there are some sloped and uneven areas.
Toilets – Assessable toilets are located in the main toilet areas on site.
Most venues have average mobile phone coverage. Please note that phone reception can be very limited during the event. If you are meeting people onsite or getting picked up at the end of the event please make the appropriate arrangements prior to the day in case you have issues with phone reception.
Bus services – Taking the bus to and from the event is the best way to travel to the A day on the Green. Please check the Transport Information page for the specific venue for more information.
Pick up & Drop off – You can be dropped off and picked up from the venue. Please use the dedicated pick up / drop off zone. Drop off and pickup on surrounding roads is not permitted.
Taxis – A dedicated taxi rank is supplied at all events. Please note taxis can be in short supply at the end of the night and we highly recommend that you make alternative arrangements particularly for the larger events. Taxis must drop off passengers inside the venue and no pickups are allowed on the roads outside of the venue.
Uber – Anyone getting dropped off or picked up by an Uber driver must do so in the dedicated pick up and drop off area. Please note organising a pickup from the site might be difficult due to poor mobile reception.

You are permitted to bring your own food to the event however we do have a broad offering of food vendors onsite at all events. Every attempt is made to ensure all dietary requirements are catered for by the contracted food vendors however if you have a specific dietary requirement it is advised to bring your own food.
For events at Rochford Wines, Bimbadgen & Sirromet Wines please contact the winery direct. For all other wineries please email catering@roundhouse.com.au with all your stall details.
Not all artists do signings on the day. To find out what artists will be holding a signing at Merchandise please pay attention to the video screens and to the announcements on the day made by our MC.
