Pre-Sale Purchase Issues

Roundhouse Entertainment would like to sincerely apologise for the trouble experienced yesterday during the Cold Chisel pre-sale. We are incredibly disappointed that Ticketmaster had system failures which caused problems for many patrons as they attempted to purchase these highly sought after tickets online. We pride ourselves on looking after all our patrons, particularly our members, and would therefore like to pass on this statement from Ticketmaster:

"Yesterday Cold Chisel's biggest tour in 30 years went on sale to a day on the green members, generating significant demand for tickets. Ticketmaster experienced a system issue at the point of purchase that effected some members when attempting to buy tickets online. If you submitted an order and are not sure if it went through, please check your Order History online or contact Ticketmaster Customer Service today at customer.help@ticketmaster.com.au 

 

We are continuing to work with Roundhouse Entertainment and any effected customers to resolve issues experienced during the pre-sale period. Ticketmaster would like to apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment members experienced.

 

A further allocation of tickets will be made available via all points of sale from 9am local time, Thursday 4th August."
