Can lost tickets be replaced?
No. Once the ticket sale is processed the purchase is final. While obviously we sympathize with you if you lose your ticket, we are unable to reissue. Even if we have a record of your purchase, we cannot be certain that other less scrupulous members of the public will not use the ticket. Please treat your ticket like cash, as they are irreplaceable
Can i get a refund?
No. Once the ticket sale is processed the purchase is final. Refunds will only be offered to patrons if the entire show is cancelled or abandoned due to extreme weather conditions.
Do kids need a ticket?
At all shows (excluding WA), kids under the age of 12 can enter free of charge in the General Admission area (only)*. Kids aged 12 and over will be charged full price.
*Please note: Kings Park, Botanic Garden, WA everyone must purchase a ticket including kids.
Persons under 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding parent or legal guardian at all times
Will tickets be available at the gate?
Tickets may be available at the gate, call the venue on the day to check that show has not sold out.
