General Admission (GA) - Available at all events
The General Admission area spreads across the winery concert area and starts behind the Reserved area. Patrons can sit wherever they like on the 'green'. BYO rug or deck chair.
GA Front Reserved Area (FRA) - Available at selected Australian headlining act events
This ticket allows patrons into a fenced area directly in front of the stage. There are NO seats provided. BYO rug or chair. Kids are not admitted free in this area - everyone needs a ticket for this area. The capacity of this small area is for approx 500 people.
Reserved Seating (RS) - Only Available at International headlining artist events
The Premium Reserved seats are located immediately in front of the stage, and will guarantee you a close look at your favourite artist. Seats are provided in the Reserved seating section, so no need to bring your own.

Seats are slightly off to the side or situated behind the A RES seats.
Ticketmaster sells Reserved seats and you will be able to download the specific show seating plan from their website.
VIP Dinner & Show Package - Available at most events - please check when purchasing
This ticket is an all-inclusive concert and hospitality package. The VIP Package area is positioned away from the stage in either the winery restaurant or a VIP marquee, where patrons can enjoy an exclusive and relaxed dining setting whilst enjoying the concert. It is ideal for couples or groups who want to enjoy delicious gourmet food, premium wines, private toilets and to experience the concert in a seated sectioned off area. It's the perfect opportunity to entertain clients, reward staff or to be a VIP for the day!
Price includes food, beverages and concert ticket.
VIP and Reserved seat Package - Only Available at International Artist Events
Enjoy all the benefits and facilities of the VIP Dinner and Show Package listed above, but also have a Reserved seat in the Reserved seating section in front of the stage. Patrons are free to enjoy the hospitality and facilities in the VIP area, and to take their reserved seat at any time, to watch the artists up close.
Please check when purchasing your VIP package whether or not a Reserved seat is included in the package.
Private Marquees (at selected venues only, please check when making bookings)
The standard private marquee package can accommodate up to 20 people. The price applies regardless of how many people are in your group. Included in the package is 6m x 4m three sided marquee with a sectioned off 'beer garden' out front, 2 x cases of beer & 1 x dozen mixed wines, trestle table, tubs of ice, 'garden' tables and chairs are also included. The private marquees are ideal for birthday parties, hens/ bucks day out or corporate gatherings. The number of private marquees is strictly limited. They can only be booked through Roundhouse Entertainment Ph: 03 9695 7822.
