There are V.I.P Dinner & Show packages, V.I.P Dinner, Show and Seat packages and Private Marquees. All descriptions are listed below.
VIP Dinner, Show and Seat (VIP with seat)

VIP Dinner and Show (VIP)
This ticket is an all day all-inclusive ticket and hospitality package. The VIP Package is
in an area with a view to the stage in either the winery restaurant or a marquee. It is ideal for couples, groups or a perfect opportunity to entertain clients or reward staff.
Enjoy the gourmet food and wines (served throughout the event), private toilets and
experience the show in a seated sectioned off area.
These tickets do NOT include a reserved seat in front of the stage (See "VIP with SEAT"
package below).
Included in this package:
Location: Winery restaurant or marquee with fenced beer garden
Food: 3 course meal or substantial canapes
Beverages: unlimited beer, wine, water and soft drink
Facilities: private toilets, tables and chairs
Concert ticket: separate entry aisle ensuring express entry to the event and VIP parking

Private Marquees
This is an opportunity to secure your own space on the green. Bring together the members of your club, work colleagues or clients or simply a group of family and friends and have your own private party!
The number of these marquees is strictly limited and can accommodate up to 20 people.
Included in this package:
- Location: 6m x 3m three-sided marquee structure with a "beer garden" out front contained by picket fence on perimeter of venue.
- Food: none supplied.
- Beverages: One Dozen mixed bottles of wine, 2 x cases of beer.
- Facilities: Garden tables, chairs, trestle table and two tubs of ice.
- Concert ticket: 20 x general admission concert tickets
Not available at:
Bimbadgen Estate, Seppelt Wines, Sandalford Wines, Kings Park, Tolosa Park Amphitheatre.
Depending on the artists performing, the cost of each Private Marquee will start at $3000 plus a booking fee of $100.

The Private Marquee price is fixed even if you have less than 20 people in your group.
