
1. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged nor replaced after purchase.
2. Tickets will incur a booking fee. Please read the conditions of sale carefully when purchasing tickets or ask the sales assistant about booking fees when purchasing tickets.
3. Should this ticket be re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain, the ticket will become void and the holder may be refused entry or be evicted from the venue.
4. The right is reserved to vary advertised artists and programs. The right is reserved to reschedule the event.
5. Entry is at own risk. The Promoter & the venue accept no responsibility for any injuries, losses or damage sustained in or around the venue.
6. No bottles (exception is sealed bottled water), cans, alcohol, drugs, weapons of any type or umbrellas will be allowed on site. All bags and containers will be searched upon entry. Any items considered illegal or dangerous will also be banned from site entry. No animals will be allowed on site.
7. a day on the green is a licensed event. Patrons who wish to consume alcohol must be over 18 and must provide valid photographic identification (ie; drivers licence or passport). Any minor found consuming or in possession of alcohol will be evicted from the event and may face charges.
8. The event will run rain or shine unless deemed dangerous upon which the event will be cancelled and refunds will be available at point of purchase. The Promoter reserves the right to reschedule the event.
9. Point and shoot cameras are permitted but professional-standard cameras and video cameras are not. Unauthorized or prohibited photography may result in images being deleted by security staff. Media and professional photographers must arrange accreditation through our Publicist email Chrissie Camp chrissie@ccpublicity.com.au.
We can’t judge that beforehand if your camera will be deemed professional. It’s up to security staff on the day, and debate will not be entered into. The best bet is to leave SLR cameras at home and bring a 'point and shoot' camera instead. Generally, cameras with powerful zoom lenses or multiple lenses in a carry case are not allowed.
10. Tickets cannot be resold at a premium nor used for promotion, advertising &/or other commercial promotions (including competitions and trade promotions) or as a means to enhance demand for other goods and services. If any ticket(s) is sold or used in breach of this condition, the bearer of the ticket(s) will be refused admission.
11.The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with reasonable requests
