After completing 14 huge a day on the green events pre-Xmas, Mitchelton Wines in Nagambie is the first stop for the popular winery series in January 2016.

The Saturday 23 January concert will be headlined by Australian music legends ICEHOUSE.

It is the only chance for Victorian fans to see the band after it was announced today that the Melbourne Palais Theatre show on February 20 is now sold out.

Nagambie is only an hour’s drive from Melbourne CBD and with the stunning surrounds of natural bushland and Goulburn River backing on to the concert site, it’s a beautiful location for an outdoor show.

Iva Davies said “We’ve always had a great time at our A Day On The Green shows and this one looks like it will be very special. From what I’ve seen the venue is beautiful and all the band members are looking forward to playing there. The day features a great line-up of talent and we look forward to closing the event with material from our In Concert album which showcases lots of familiar songs and also brings in a few surprises. We look forward to seeing everyone there.”

The ICEHOUSE: In Concert national tour, named after their first ever live album released a few months ago, has been warmly received by fans and kicks off the 2016 dates in early January in Perth.

The a day on the green concert features stellar support from Baby Animals, Diesel, Models and Deborah Conway.  The event falls on the Australia Day weekend so what better way to celebrate than with a huge day of classic Aussie music!
