Ben Folds Rescheduled
18th March, 2021SATURDAY’S BEN FOLDS CELLAR DOOR SERIES EVENT POSTPONED DUE TO HAZARDOUS WEATHER WARNING
Roundhouse Entertainment regret to advise that following on from the dangerous weather warning issued from the Bureau of Meteorology and the continued threat of severe and high-risk weather in the region over the weekend, the Cellar Door Series concert event with Ben Folds at Bimbadgen, Hunter Valley on Saturday 20 March has been rescheduled to SATURDAY 8 MAY 2021.
While disappointing to reschedule Saturday’s event, the safety and care of patrons, staff and artists attending and performing at tomorrow’s event is our top priority and thank fans for their understanding.
Purchased tickets will be valid for the rescheduled show without the need to exchange your tickets. We encourage ticketholders to hold on to their tickets.
Patrons who are unable to attend the new date can obtain a full refund from their authorised point of purchase.
If you can’t make it to the new date, let’s get those tickets refunded by submitting a refund request. Refunds must be submitted prior to 5pm, 19 April 2021.
Please note that if you do not request a refund by this date, we will take it that you can make the rescheduled show and a refund will no longer be available as a result of rescheduling the event. If you request a refund after this date, you may not be entitled to a refund as it will be considered a “change of mind”, and refunds will only be given where required by law or at the discretion of the event organiser.
Please note, only the credit card holder who purchased the ticket(s) can seek a refund via their authorised point of purchase. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via "Ticket Forward", you will need to contact the original ticket buyer for your refund. For any further questions relating to your ticket purchase, please contact your original point of purchase.
